BACON & CHEESE QUICHE:
This is a lovely and tender breakfast combination of bacon, eggs and cheddar cheese...a classic.

BEEF & ONION POT PIE:
Here's where you'll find ground sirloin and diced onions in a lightly seasoned beef gravy...very tasty indeed.

BROCCOLI & CHEESE QUICHE:
What a great way to get some green vegetables into your daily diet. It's very light...but quick to cook. This is a pie that you can do in the microwave with excellent results...so you're ready to eat in just 3 minutes.

CHICKEN POT PIE:
A lovely traditional pot pie chock full of chicken, carrots, celery and onions in a delicious chicken gravy. The kids really love this one.

CHICKEN CURRY:
Simple makes his own spice blend for this East Indian pie. Along with the spices, you will find chicken, celery, onions, potatoes and peppers. Be warned - if you don't like spicy, this is one to avoid.

CHICKEN SHEPHERDS PIE:
A slightly jazzed-up version of the traditional chicken pot pie... but now it's topped with lovely, seasoned mashed potatoes instead of a pie crust. A sprinkling of parsley will enable you to differentiate between this one and the beefy one.

HAM/CHEESE/POTATO/ONION:
A mild blend of seasoned mashed potatoes, tender deli ham, onions and then smothered in cheddar cheese.

JAMAICAN BEEF CURRY:
Once again, this pie contains Simple's own spice recipe... but this time it's a West Indian blend. Combine the spices with beef, celery, onions, peppers and potatoes and it's a hot and tasty creation.

SHEPHERDS:
A classic combination of beef, carrots and onions topped with seasoned mashed potatoes. A hearty full meal deal - your kids will love these.

SHRIMP PIE:
A seafood lover's delight of shrimp, finely diced carrots and potatoes all folded into a creamy seafood flavored bechamel sauce with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top.

SPINACH & FETA QUICHE:
Popeye's favourite! A very hefty serving of spinach and tangy feta cheese in a beautiful egg-based pie.

STEAK PIE:
"Where's the beef?"...it's all right here! This meat-lover's pie is just comprised of cubed sirloin beef and ground beef simmered in a beef gravy. It's the homeliest looking pie we have...but what it lacks in looks...it makes up for in taste. Strangely enough, this is our best selling beef pie...so there's the proof.

STEAK & KIDNEY:
You have just arrived at the "cadillac" of steak & kidney pies. Cubed sirloin beef, a little ground beef and cubed beef kidneys simmered in a tasty beef gravy. This pie has a top crust to keep all the good bits in. I defy you to find a better one...it just won't happen.

SWISS CHICKEN & MUSHROOM:
Our most popular pie! It's full of chicken, onions and mushrooms simmered in a wonderful chicken gravy and then topped with a goodly dollup of mozzarella cheese. Everyone loves this this one!

TACO PIE:
Here's Mexico north of the 49th! Spiced up beef combined with celery and peppers, then topped with a layer of salsa and cheddar cheese. Olé!

TOURTIERE:
Our version of this French-Canadian classic is a lovely blend o ground pork and ground beef mixed with onions, shredded carrots and shredded potatoes. The secret of this pie is in the spices which are of Acadian heritage so they give your regular Quebec version a special twist! It's a flavorful combination...not a "hot" one.

VEGETABLE CURRY PIE:
A vegetarian's delight with all the heat! This is our spiciest pie...loaded with a wide variety of vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, rutabagas, celery, onions, peppers, green beans and even chick peas). Once again, we use Simple's own special East Indian spice blend...but with one extra ingredient to give it a real kick!

WILD ROSE BEEF PIE:
Here's our tribute to Alberta's own Wild Rose Brewery. A rich beef stew with carrots, onions, tomatoes & rutabagas and our not-so-secret ingredient... Wild Rose Honey Brown Ale! It has a top crust - marked with a "W" - for Wonderful!
